    The bachelor thesis deals with the use of canistherapy and its integration into the teaching of deaf children. The paper is divided into two parts. The first part contains a theoretical explanation of some basic terms used in this work. It also deals with various blocks, such as zootherapy, canistherapy, their history and methods, objectives and activities. Further attention is paid to hearing disorders and their classification, compensation, educational system of individuals with hearing impairments and certain other disorders affecting pupils' learning. The second part contains the empirical results of qualitative research conducted through interviews with a class teacher, canistherapist and children. The thematic areas which I chose to be processed are created in this section. The aim of this work is to find out how canistherapy can be incorporated into teaching deaf children, what techniques support their learning and concentration during the lesson and see whether it could be another supportive method of teaching.
