    The main aim of graduate dissertation work is to outline a methodical guide for use of low ropes course in a school physical education. In the work you find the important termini, which help you understand the topic, concerning tightrope walk activity, low ropes courses, personal experience pedagogy, intergrating Framework Educational Programme, its educational aims and key competencies. Most of these key competencies can be developed by means of rope courses. During these activities, the pupils will develop problem-solving skills by moving through an interesting obstacle course, a sense of teamwork by supporting each other in small daily tasks and it help them build self ? esteem. The result is methodology guide, which can helps PE teachears with practical application of low ropes course and inspires them.
