- ItemAnalýza vztahů Evropské unie s Tureckem(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2010) Skrbková, Jana; Kocourek, AlešThe diploma work focuses on the problematic of relations between the European Union and Turkey and on a very frequently discussed subject of potential Turkish membership in the EU. The attitudes toward the entry of Turkey to EU seem to be among the European public rather negative, then positive. Those attitudes mostly arise from subjective aversion to Islamic religion, or from fears of a different culture. The diploma work contents a study of historical development and an analysis of current Turkey-European relations. Further the work focuses on particular arguments for or again Turkish membership, on controversial aspects of the current corporate cooperation and evaluates the possible effects of Turkish membership. The aim of this study is evaluation of all important aspects in the Turkey-European relations and construction of a detailed analysis, which could afford to a potential reader a global overview about the discussed problematic.

- ItemPůsobení týmové spolupráce a teambuildingu na vysokoškolské pedagogy(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2008) Skrbková, Jana; Žuková, HelenaThe main aim of the study was to identify the effects of teambuilding and teamwork on the academic staff without any prejudices and bias. The research was carried out through questionnaires distributed through email among the teachers at the University of Huddersfield and The technical University of Liberec. An interview with a psychologist was used reach deeper information about the investigated topic. The qualitative data were statisticaly analyzed in the program SPSS. The findings of the research partially impeach the greatness of the teambuilding benefits. O the other hand the study shows, that a certain level of teamwork is essential in the teaching profession, because even if the teachers are not working directly with someone else, they affect their colleagues in a wide extend.
