- ItemNástroj pro analýzu odběrových parametrů osvětlovacích systémů(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2006) Hladký, Miroslav; Skalla, JanThe thesis solves the backward acceleration feed and using of this feed in controlling of the position of synchronous motor. It also deals with utilising of the digital signal processor as a fast regulatory unit. One of the aims of the thesis is the proposal of the matematic schema of the backward acceleration feed which has not been used much so far although it is the primary consequence of the impact of force on mass of acceleration. The feed is formed by a triple cascade position feed and is between current and speed feeds. The backward acceleration feed controls an output signal to be an asked value of the servomechanism as exact as possible. Another aim is to create a programme for digital signal processor of Analog Devices firm and to realize the above mentioned feed with the help of ADSP-21992 EZ-KIT which operates the servomechanism made by Yaskawa firm.

- ItemOptimalizace pohonu posuvu příčného suportu CNC soustruhu(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2007) Zajačik, Josef; Skalla, JanThe aim of this thesis is to optimize the drive for the cross support feed on a CNC turning machine according to the pre-defined parameters. The introduction of the thesis deals with the present state and trends in the field of feed drives with reference to high-speed machining. The following chapters present a concrete design of a feed drive ensured by a ball screw. Chapter Nr.2 contains a theoretic analysis and a list of methods used on the design in a form of a multi-substance discrete model. Chapter Nr.3 contains suggestions and combinations of separate optimization components in the suggested calculation variants. In the last chapter, the results are summarized and the optimal solution of a support drive for a CNC turning machine stated.
- ItemOptimalizace pohonu posuvu stolu CNC frézky(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2007) Hátle, Milan; Skalla, JanThis thesis deals with feed drive optimization of the table of CNC milling center. The first part sums up the present condition and survey of single elements used by feed drive. Further on there is presented the common calculation progress by means of several simplified finite element model of feed drive. Three proposed optimization procedures for finding of optimal solution from the standpoint of available speed, acceleration and antiresonant frequence to a given problem come next. The thesis is concluded with the best selected variants of solution.

It deals with the proposal of total schema of drives in versions with rotaring screw and rotaring nut, and also with check calculations of particular components and nodes of these two versions. The last part of the thesis introduces the optimalization of these two versions with a view to the maximum speed and acceleration of feeds.
- ItemRozbor možností kompenzace kvadrantových chyb u CNC obráběcích strojů(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2011) Vinkler, Radek; Skalla, JanPráce se zaměřuje na zmapování problematiky kvadrantových chyb, vznikajících vlivem pasivních odporů při kruhové interpolaci. V první kapitole jsou objasněny příčiny vzniku chyb a je naznačen výčet několika možných řešení, jak tyto chyby kompenzovat. Za tímto účelem je v další kapitole popsáno vytvoření počítačového modelu posuvových os frézovacího centra, pro počítačovou simulaci kruhové interpolace. V modelu jsou následně otestovány vybrané způsoby kompenzace dodatečnými předkorekčními signály. Cílem práce je zhodnotit a porovnat vhodné kompenzační metody na základě proběhlých simulací.
