    The bachelor work deals with problems of institutional upbringing in school arrangements and it goes from contemporary situtation. The aim of the work is the analyses of problems of institutional upbringing in school arrangements. The work has got two main parts. The first theoretical part clarifies and describes the legal framework of problems by using compilation and presentation of professional sources. It deals with the area of social and legal protecting of children,system of institutional care, characterization of clients of upbringing institution, social and pathological phenomenons as the most frequent reasons for placement in upbringing institution, education of clients in upbringing institution and their resocialization. The practical part of this work studies documents and uses questionnaire surveys, dialogs and watching to find out in what way the education and resocialization of clients of upbringing institution runs. The results confirm the assumption of this work and and they lead to the concrete suggested measures in area of prevention of social pathological phenomenons, education and resocialization of clients. The biggest asset of this work, considering the problems which this work deals with, is meeting the problems of institutional upbringing and the way of life of present and former clients of upbringing institution during their education and resocialization.
