    The graduation theses {\clqq}Break even point in the business of Škoda genuine exchange parts`` is concerned with sale of specific group of original parts Škoda, otherwise Škoda original exchange parts. The objective of this graduation theses in the first part is, to introduce reader the function of sale´s departement Škoda original parts. In the second part to define exchange part, clarify philosophy and function of exchange business. In the 3. a 4. part in this graduation theses is a description of present development of this business and consequential estimation of incoming development or more precisely potential. Semi-final part has as one´s task to define importer the conditions of profitability in case of initiation business with exchange parts. The conclusion presents proposal of process optimalization refering to this business.
