    Diploma thesis is about current cleaning machine, which is used for cleaning weld joints during manufacturing PVC windows. In this thesis is described current machine, his positives and negatives. Design few new solutions and selected one to develop. Explanation design features and their purpose. Description whole assembly and function scheme. In design are included DFX and FMEA methods. Economical evolution is at the end of thesis.

    Manuální rozpojovač řetězů k motorovým pilám

    The bachelor thesis deals with design and build prototype of chainsaw´s chain mechanical breaker. There is proposal of two possible solutions, which one is selected and made. In selected solution are calculated forces and it was made a 3D model, where were done stress and bend simulation of leveler. Work also describes build and test of mechanism with suggestion of few improvements.
