    The diploma work deals with the problems of circular flow of economic instruments in developer's companies that may occur in different forms. Manufacturing enterprises have partly different features of their economic activities in comparison with the companies providing developing activities. This work aims to describe a specific circular flow of economic instruments, being run at a developer company XY. Through the representation of this circular flow, it is possible to compare and contrast the distinctions between manufacturing and developing activities. Company's activity diversity lies even in some circular flows that can be found in them. All common and different features are described in particular chapters of this diploma work.
