Intenzitu chlazení lze v širokých mezích měnit prostřednictvím aktivní délky chladicí kavity a diskontinuálním přívodem chladiva.
- ItemNumerical evaluation of rheological experiment(Technická univerzita v Liberci, Česká republika, 2012) Salač, Petr; Matoušek, IvoA viscoelastic simply supported rotationally symmetric body, fixed on a base, is considered. The body is loaded by a flat plunger, which moves in the direction of the z axis by a constant velocity v. In this work the reaction force is computed. This allows us to compare numerical results with data from rheological experiment (see [6], [7]). The variational formulation of the problem is derived and transformed to cylindrical coordinates. Some results of numerical calculations are presented.

- ItemRheological Responses Of Glass Melts(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2009) Vitová, Marie; Matoušek, IvoIn the paper viscous-elastic responses of silica glasses with different chemical compositions (Lead crystal, Crystal glass, Float glass and Container glass) are evaluated. For measurement of rheological properties of investigated glass melts the uniaxial compression method was used. Cylindrical glass samples were compressed with constant speed between two parallel flat forming tools under isothermal conditions in the furnace of a special design. Experiments were performed at temperatures corresponding to the Newtonian viscosity 10(7.47) Pas. Constant speeds of moving plunger were chosen from the range 0.05 to 4 mm/s. On the basis of realised experiments, the elastic and viscous characteristics including shear-thinning effect at the mentioned viscosity were identified

- ItemZařízení pro intenzivní míchání skloviny v malé pánvové peci(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2012) Stloukal, Tomáš; Matoušek, IvoThe bachelor work deals with the design and construction of an equipment for an intensive glass melt stirring in a new type of a small pot furnace. The design and construction is based on a long-time personal experience with pot furnaces operations. Knowledge and development trends gained during my bachelor studies are included. The submitted work gives a summary of literal research dealing with used solutions and describes calculation and experimental results necessary for designing a homogenization equipment. Different solutions of the homogenization equipment are presented and a chosen design is worked out in details. A remarkable increase of the glass melt homogeneity in a small pot furnace can be achieved using this design.
