The thesis was written with the cooperation of Pekárny and Cukrárny Náchod, Inc., which was established in 1992. The thesis contains theoretical part, followed by practical part. This thesis is based upon theoretical basis and from internal company materials and personal consultations with the company´s marketing manager. The the last part of this thesis deals with my assessments of possible variants of the loyalty program, proposals of implementation and allocation of resources. An endeavor is to find out a suitable loyalty program based on determined real world findings that will promote owner interests on one side, and observe the market requirements on the other side.
