It explores differences between utilization of sport activities by residents and visitors. An introductory theoretical part deals with policy and classification of a tourist industry, service marketing, and regional policy. The following part gives basic information about mentioned towns and their historical development, which merges into tourism development in these tourist resorts. The most extensive part is devoted to sport activities, their development, current state, their operators,and possibilities for further progress. This part is supported by a questionary survey in the end.
