    Dovozní obchodní operace a jejich konkrétní podoba ve firemním nákupu firmy Toyota Tsusho Europe S. A.

    Aim of this bachelor work is to analyze all business operations connected with import and to describe theirs concrete form in company´s purchase of company Toyota Tsusho Europe S.A. In detail I introduce you all activities connected with import so with the preparing of import, rules for choosing of supplier, international contract of purchase and it´s essential and unessential terms and other activities which are connected with buying of goods from abroad. Based on information from literature and experience I will speak in the next document text about the method of import and I will judge if it is used properly or not. The gain of this work is to judge the efficiency of the import method and in the case of finding of some imperfection I will recommend to the company to change the method of import or to adapt some business operations.

    Příprava činnosti zahraniční firmy působící v oblasti recyklace vzácných kovů

    This diploma thesis is dedicated to a joint venture of foreign investors and their business start-up in the Czech Republic. Firstly, it should be emphasized that the topic of this work is very current. That is the reason why all the activities may be watched in the real time. The greatest contribution of this work is that it helps to imagine how long the process of starting the business of completely new foreign company is and what kind of problems one must to deal with. The diploma thesis also applies itself to the most relevant factors that affect the profit or loss of a new company. The studied company contributes to recycling of precious platinum group metals from catalysts. There is a shortage of these resources as well as still increasing requirements to reduce emissions produced by cars. Platinum group metals contribute to reduction of the mentioned, so it is definitely the right investment for the future, which also contributes to sustainable development. For a better understanding of the problem of entering the Czech Republic and starting a business here, there are some chapters dedicated to the theoretical information about the possibility of entry into the foreign markets, some dedicated to the characteristics of business environment in the Czech Republic and finally there is included one chapter about the influence of multinational corporations on the host country economy and the whole world.
