    Centralizace logistických činností Toyota v České republice

    Customer satisfaction as a basis should be the main aim of a rationally thinking companies. Successful realization of such a goal is contingent on managing all the things related to supply chain. Sorting out of these activites includes modern managing of supply chain, which represents effective utilization of all sources for management of logistics and information flows. The basis of my diploma work is to describe actual status of logistics operations, flows by Toyota Logistics Services Czech and in mean of effective logistics flow management to propose centralization of all Toyota logistics activities in the Czech Republic. In order to ensure objective information I have chosen practical consultations with particular employees of Toyota Motor Europe. The result after analysis consideration is, that the centralization of all logistics activites is a positiv step towards increasing of logistics flows effectivity and better customer satisfaction.
