    Bachelor thesis dealt with the problem of property criminal activity in region Liberec. This work is based on current unsatisfactory development and status of Property criminal in Czech Republic. The work is divided on three main parts ? theoretical, practical and final.Theoretical part describes criminological analysis of criminal act, criminal act dividing and their development, criminals and their personality with personality characteristic. This work analyzed property criminal activity and showed the nature of property criminal prevention. The work was made with the help of expert resources presentation.Practical part is about research its point was to document criminals basic personality characteristics and total criminality in region Liberec. This part with the help of analysis found out personal documentation, social and economic differences of 80 criminals of property criminal activity and also with the help of statistical data analysis described the property criminal activity, the changes and specification in Czech Republic during 2005 ? 2008.Final part analysed all recorded information. The results showed total dynamic changes in the development of property criminal activity in the Czech Republic and in the region Liberec. This results went in concreet suggested measure in question of property criminal activity.
