    The theme of the diploma paper is Identification and recognition significance of product for customers on consumer market. This thesis is about purchase of cleaners and about significance, that the customers prefer. Diploma paper is divided into two parts, there is theoretic part and practical part. Theoretic part includes charakteristics of consumer, his purchase behaviour and decision process, that is divided into three levels. There is described model of consumer decision. In theoretic part is defined value for customer, market segmentation and marketing research too. The practical part includes assesment the attributes of special value for customers on consumer market, research for check of meaning each of attribute, comparison attributes of value with attributes of value defined by the firm Severochema Liberec and suggestion of changes for another development of product.

    The theme of the bachelor thesis is Organizational structure of a selected municipal office and it is focused on The Municipal Office of Nymburk, in particular on its organizational structure and its proposal of a variance of the organizational structure. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part gives some basic facts about the town and the municipal office. There is described the history and the present of Nymburk and there are some informations about The Municipal Office of Nymburk too. The second part informs about the parts of the municipal office, also about a chief magistrate, about commissions, committees and about a council of a town. The third part includes an economy of the municipal office. There are a closing account and a budget of the municipal office. In the last part is described the organizational structure of The Municipal office of Nymburk with its departments and there is a proposal of a variance of the organizational structure.

    Vývoj robustních testů pro sledování fotokatalýzy

    Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na hledání vhodné metodiky pro testování fotokatalytického účinku částic oxidu titaničitého. Je rozdělena na teoretickou, experimentální a výsledkovou část. V teoretické části je popsána obecně fotokatalýza, využití fotokatalýzy, vlastnosti a použití oxidu titaničitého. V experimentální části jsou popsány použité chemikálie, přístroje a testovací metody. Na základě předchozích pokusů bylo nejprve pro testování fotokatalytického účinku použito kyselé barvivo, Egacidová oranž. Další část experimentu je zaměřena na vývoj nové metody testování fotokatalytického účinku. Pro tento účel byl použit roztok D-glukosy. Výsledková část diskutuje dosažené výsledky a vhodnost využití dané metody
