The first part of this work is dedicated to general political processes, with a respect to the case of Milada Horáková, which was related to Veverka?s apprehension and his ensuing trial. Then, it is biographically described the period leading up to 1948. The second section deals with political processes of 1950 and 1954, where Veverka was sentenced. Consequently, it is also concentrating on extrajudicial persecution of the family and Veverka?s life after his release.
