    This thesis is focused on low-threshold clubs for children and youth. Its main objective is to design and implement a program in a low-threshold club.In the theoretical section I focus on the adolescence and the risks that are associated with this period of life. Furthermore the low-threshold clubs, facilities for children and youth are described.The practical part of my work is dedicated to a specific program that I designed for clients of a low-threshold club. The program preparation, implementation and subsequent evaluation is described.
