    The thesis is focused on the monitoring of logistics costs in shipping cars distributed to various foreign destinations by Škoda Auto as based in Mlada Boleslav. In the theoretical section is characterized by the CKD center, then they are given more information about each foreign destinations for shipping cars and are spaced explain the differences between stages rozloženosti cars. In the practical part are specified aspects affecting the level of logistics costs. Another section is devoted to the analysis of logistics costs. The final part is introduced and analyzed the current structure of monitoring logistics costs. The result of this thesis is to propose a new structure for logistics tracking of costs, benefits and drawbacks in its implementation.
