    Spokojenost klientů v domově pro seniory

    Bachelor thesis is focused on problems concerning satisfaction of the clients with provided services at home for elderly. The work is based on exploration and documentation that the institution worked up. The target of the whole study is to learn more about clients{\crq} needs and prepare suitable suggestion how to avoid eventual defects for them. The theoretical part is focused on the social services, standards of qualities in social system and quality of provided services at home for elderly as well. The practical part (based on structured interviews and questionnaires) points to satisfaction of seniors with the provided services at home for the elderly. Method of analysing all documents was included too. Results of the research confirm that majority of seniors is satisfied with the services provided in rest homes. Clients would also appreciate holding of the cultural events more often and suggested steps are connected to this fact.
