    Kvalita sociálních služeb v návaznosti na získání účelových neinvestičních dotací Rodinného poradenství, o.s.

    This thesis provides a basic overview of family counseling, axes in Decin, its activities and position among other social service providers in the region. The author presents a procedure for the establishment of civic associations, registration, social services and focuses primarily on preparing the budget for the grant procedure in each item. Justifies each item requested for services, describes the activities of civic associations, and thus defends the merits of promoting its activities from public sources. It presents selected indicators from the SWOT analysis prepared medium-term plan of social services in the Usti region for the period 2008-2011. I suggest improving the quality of provided services and better knowledgeability of the social services users. I am trying to point out some aspects of financing the activities of non-state and non-profit social services providers. Based on these facts I am trying to defend the necessity to assess the functioning of the new system of financing social services, introduced by the new law about social services, and to accept relevant precautions.
