    Bachelor thesis treats of possibilities of evaluation of pupils in tuition. It deals with different evaluation forms. It attends to comparing verbal evaluation and marking especially. An author focuses on checking methods and describes advantages and disadvantages of oral and written examination. The thesis involves the basic information about self-assessment of pupils and describes methods of self-assessment during tuition. The author mentions then aims, functions and phases of evaluation. The practical part of bachelor thesis is processed by statistical investigation which the pedagogical workers of grammar schools in Jablonec nad Nisou were taking part. The thesis processed the questions about self-assessment and mutual evaluation of pupils. It searches which evaluation form and method of examination dominates. The practical part gives notice of problems connecting with the evaluation in tuition.

    Porovnání daňového systému v ČR a daňového systému jiného státu.

    The work focuses on the comparing of tax systems of Czech republic and France. It includes explanation of basic notions. Then it attends only to tax system of Czech republic. It contains brief characteristic of tax system of France, where the assessed and indirect taxes are described. There is also comparison of personnel income tax and corporation tax, this one is possible to compare with Czech corporation income tax. The work points to difference between the both taxes. At the end there are results and considerations about this work. The company, where the practice was committed, is called Alfasped Logistik, Ltd. and has residence in Jablonec nad Nisou. The company negotiates transportation between client and transporter. Alfasped has also another services, for Example: packaging, international transport, consultant services in the area of transportation and storing. The practitioner negotiated the transport and also wrote orders and transport contracts.

    Study of flood control proposals in walley of river Smědá, near Višňová village in Frýdlant area. Despite annual floods, the area is heavily populated and coexistence with water became natural part of local people´s lives. The main goal of the project is to find an adequate depth of landscape and village structure interventions, propose main principles of urbanistic development of the area including changes on chosen parts of the village and design of newly bulit houses in the area.
