For the purposes of this work the information from the accounting documentation of the particular Company, which is from the audit reasons in whole work pointed as Alpha Company, are used. The application of the suitable tests of control on the purchase cycle and process of travel expenses in the Alpha Company altogether with the verification of the ending balances on the bank and receivables accounts are main aims of this work. Consequently the evaluation and the interpretation of the results achieved in the tests are employed. In the theoretical part the audit and audit tests issues are explored and finally in the practical part the application of these tests is demonstrated in the case of Alpha Company.
- ItemZákazníkova loajalita k mobilním telefonům, zaměřeno na značku Nokia(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2007) Hanousek, Tomáš; Jáč, IvanThis paper examines the loyalty towards the brands of mobile phones, in particular focus on loyalty towards Nokia. The theoretical background includes loyalty, appropriate theories which define the loyalty from the different points of view, factors influencing the level and intensity of loyalty towards Nokia and finally for better comprehension and necessary background the Czech mobile phone market is explored. The main aim of this research is to investigate to what extent Nokia consumers are loyal and compare their loyalty with other brands in the market. The paper also provides the explanation of the connection between satisfaction, trust, mobile providers and loyalty towards Nokia itself. Further this paper explains the drawback of the Nokia cell phones and the possibility of their negative impact on the loyalty. All the findings obtained from the collected on-line questionnaires, and their validity are supported by the statistical tests which were employed in this paper, for instance One Way ANOVA Test was used to confirm or reject the dependence of loyalty on the particular factor or Spearman's Correlation Coefficient was mainly utilized to provide information about the strength of such relationship.
