    Zneužívání a preference návykových látek u odsouzených ve výkonu trestu

    The bachelor`s work was dealing with the problem of drug misuse during imprisonment and based on the actual state in czech prisons. Goal of the study was to find preference of different kinds of drugs by different age groups of convicted drug addicts and find accessibility of addictive substances in prison. The work consisted of two key parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part described, by means of utilization and presentation of expert sources, the addiction, addictive substances, and their effect, type of imprisonment and also the most common ways and possibilities of drug accessibility during imprisonment. The practical part inquared, by means of questioning of 60 convicted addicts, which were subsequently devided into 2 age groups, what kind of drugs they prefer and if they come across the drugs in prison. Results have shown the difference between young and old generation in types of drugs, they are using and the knowledge of some prisoners, how to get drugs even during imprisonment.
