    This thesis deals with a proposal for a print services solution for CSSA. The existing process in place is being evaluated and used as a base point for this dissertation. A vast majority, approximately 80%, of current printing needs had been outsourced by CSSA. The remaining 20% is being supported from within the organization thus allowing a fair comparison of both solutions. For a purpose of this study the printing services are classified as an IS/IT category. Therefore, descriptions of leading IS/IT project management methods deriving from proven ITIL techniques seem as a logical stepping stone for this work. In addition, relevant SLA, including its parameters and a metrics for an evaluation of contracted services, is being reviewed. An important part of vendor services is monitoring and reporting that is being used to control deliverables as well as other analytical data thus providing CSSA with invaluable tools to evaluate actual cost and service deliverables. The main intention of this study is to propose a realistic solution for CSSA printing services while taking in consideration its current printing infrastructure, budget limitation and client service orientation.

    The bachelor degree thesis deals with the solving printouts in CSSZ through the use outsourcing. The purpose of this treatise is to pass judgement on reasons, which led to the solution of CSSZ management to use this way of providing of service for printouts. The treatise is based on information drawn from the mentioned literature and from knowledge gained during the work on the project of service implementation in conditions of CSSZ. First of all the treatise describes and explains important terms such as outsourcing, SLA, advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing generally. The main chapter contains a based analytical fundamentals for decision, if to use outsourcing solution or not. The main goal of this work is to critisize the solution about acceptance of outsourcing as a form of solution of printouts in CSSZ.
