- ItemAplikace typologie pletenin ve výukovém katalogu pletenin(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2010) Blažková, Lenka; Pařilová, HanaThis Bachelor's thesis discusses a method through which a nomenclature catalogue of knitted fabrics was created - a study aid for students in the context of the subject Textile Product Knowledge. Among other items, the work also shows specific remote instruction, as the catalogue is designed primarily for students in the combined form of instruction. Considering the fact that knitted fabrics are described in the catalogue, formulated using generally employed concepts, there is an independent chapter in the work devoted to basic knitting terms. In the context of the catalogue creation itself, a selection of knitted fabrics is described, the method for drawing individual diagrams and the final work for compiling the catalogue. This also includes a simple calculation of costs for completing the catalogue and at the same time recommendations are noted for the sale price, which was established in consideration of the research results into interest in a nomenclature catalogue of knitted goods for combined students.

- ItemThe combination of meltblown technology and electrospinning - The influence of the ratio of micro and nanofibers on cell viability(Elsevier, 2016) Erben, Jakub; Jenčová, Věra; Chvojka, Jiří; Blažková, Lenka; Strnadová, Kateřina; Modrak, Miroslav, Košťáková Kuželová EvaThis study describes the production, testing and characterization of biodegradable scaffolds for bone tissue, which consist of the exact ratio of meltblown microfibers and nanofibers produced through the electrostatic field. All fibrous materials were produced from polycaprolactone. Three kinds of materials were prepared in the experiment with the same area density and with different well-defined ratio of microfibers as a mechanical component and nanofibers as a cells adherent component. All prepared materials showed optimum porosity of the inner structure for cell proliferation and in comparison to the materials with nanofibers they had good mechanical properties. Important structural properties and homogenity of each material were observed by electron microscopy and analyzed by image analysis. The effect of various ratios of microfibers and nanofibers on adhesion and proliferation of osteoblasts in-vitro was characterized. © 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
- ItemCrystallinity of Electrospun and centrifugal spun polycaprolactone fibers: A Comparative Study(HINDAWI LTD, ADAM HOUSE, 3RD FLR, 1 FITZROY SQ, LONDON, W1T 5HF, ENGLAND, 2017) Kuželová Košťáková, Eva; Blažková, Lenka; Lukáš, David; Mašková, GabrielaCrystalline properties of semicrystalline polymers are very important parameters that can influence the application area. The internal structure, like the mentioned crystalline properties, of polymers can be influenced by the production technology itself and by changing technology parameters. The present work is devoted to testing of electrospun and centrifugal spun fibrous and nanofibrous materials and compare them to foils and granules made from the same raw polymer. The test setup reveals the structural differences caused by the production technology. Effects of average molecular weight are also exhibited. The applied biodegradable and biocompatible polymer is polycaprolactone (PCL) as it is a widespread material for medical purposes. The crystallinity of PCL has significant effect on rate of degradation that is an important parameter for a biodegradable material and determines the applicability. The results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed that, at the degree of crystallinity, there is a minor difference between the electrospun and centrifugal spun fibrous materials. However, the significant influence of polymer molecular weight was exhibited. The morphology of the fibrous materials, represented by fiber diameter, also did not demonstrate any connection to final measured crystallinity degree of the tested materials.
