This cooperation forms the basis of economic production and business processes. The first part of this thesis is dedicated to further characteristics of B2B markets. Then classic B2B trade is described as well as the online commerce which is based on development of electronic communication and the Internet. The analysis of metrics, which are used in the connection with rating and performance measurement, are presented in the second part of this thesis. The third part, the practical one, targets on the case study of B2B model between information technologies´ distributor and customers. The purpose of this thesis called "Design of appropriate matrics for B2B model" is to propose variety of metrics which could be disposed in connection with the above mentioned B2B model. These metrics could be used for objective evaluation and measurement of B2B model.

Project expecting placing at area of uni campus on Husova street. From typologial point of view itś kind of mixure between library, mediateque and study room on boundary od 21. century with all of its aspects. Object consist of inabout 6.000 sqm and 4 UPF and 1 UNF. Elementary shape of building is reaction for current situation at campus. Two elevations are simply paralel / E a W /, two rest do accent slope hill on north and shape realtions on south side. East and west elevation is created as an concrete wall with windows, elevation south and north is mostly covered by system glass system.
