This thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical part describes the possibilities and methods of educating adults with the help of elaboration and presentation of scientific resources. The practical part presents opinions of 102 workers of Škoda Auto a.s. using questioners and documentation analysis. The goal of this thesis was to find out if it is possible to achieve an identical standard of knowledge and skills using current educational system.
