    This diploma project deals with characterizing the conception of etiquette in connection with a managing post. It closely explains the rules of general etiquette and etiquette in business background. It analyses behaviour of EUROFASHION Ltd. managers in particular situations and it points out the shortcomings which appear within this company. It shows the relationship between women and men in the workplace from the point of view of social behaviour and in relation to equal job opportunities for both sexes. It describes the situation of women at managing posts and their representation at these posts in some European countries. The final part defines the conception of culture and its influence on social behaviour in selected European countries. It mentions different habits during business meetings with partners in foreign countries and points out that the knowledge of these habits is essential for successful business activity.

    This paper discusses the position of a manager in the company EUROFASHION spol. s r.o. It describes in detail the operation of this company and its managerial employees. It deals with their tasks, objectives and fulfilment of their managerial activities, which it analyses in detail. It states what the relationship of the managerial employees to their subsidiaries is and in what manner the managerial employees are perceived by their subsidiaries. It focuses on the position of the head of the business department in the company, his authority, the extent of his powers and liabilities. It concentrates on his method of managing the organization and his influence on the operation of the company. It deals with effectiveness of the operation of the set organization structure inside the company and its effects on the company. It outlines the possible causes and mistakes in the management caused by the administration and it presents possible solutions and suggestions for improvement of the current situation.

    Rozpočet obce Řepov a jeho závěrečný účet v letech 2002-2004

    The diploma work deals with the problems of financing municipalities and questions theirs budgets. The work refers on all aspects which are necessary for municipal budget setting and for their resulting analysing. It refers to the role which the municipality autonomy played by creation of municipality budget, its control and its saving arrangements during the fiscal year. Engaged theme of diploma work demonstrates on concrete budget of a small municipality Řepov the problems which are connected with establishment of municipal budget. Řepov is located in the middle of Bohemia near Mladá Boleslav. The diploma work deals check economy of municipality and its final account. It contains proposals for improvement of municipality activities in the field of creation of budgets in the following years. The work is completed with many supplements, tables and pictures, which comment the questions in the time period of three years.
