    Topic of this diploma thesis is investing into the real estate funds. Introduction describes theoretical basis of collective investment, that are closely connected to this subject. The next chapter is concerned with legislative part of the collective investment, its institutions and last but not least it mentions updating the collective invesment law, which contains all changes refered to estate funds in Czech republic. The other chapters and the main part concentrate on estate funds, as on one of the possible ways of collective investments. This includes not only theoretical pieces of knowledge, but also current situation in Czech Republic and on World estate markets. The thesis analyzes the supply of estate funds on Czech estate market, points out the differences and applies gained knowledge, when creating diverse investors portfolios. Important part is also outlining specifical obstructions and possibilities, how to precede them. The conclusion is focused on the next progress of this matter, suggests new options and analyzes the future of this funds from the long-term prespective.
