    K problematice financování příspěvkových organizací v České republice se zaměřením na základní vzdělávání.

    This diploma thesis deals with financial problems of allowance organizations in the Czech Republic with a focus on basic education. The work informs about essential legislation regulating conditions in nonprofit segment, concerning especially the allowance organizations and their financing issues. One part of the thesis is dedicated to a principle of financing the educational segment, with a focus on basic education. Furthermore the possibilities for drawing other financial tools are presented, particularly through a project activity not only within the Ministry of education, youth and sport, but also through structural funds of the European Union. Theoretical knowledge has been further applied to a concrete case of an elementary school in Liberec. The diploma thesis includes information about possibilities of processes to acquire grants and compares project activity within the State information politics regarding education and EU structural funding politics. Grant activity on concrete projects is further illustrated. The aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce the problems of financing allowance organizations, the possibilities of drawing financial tools from project activities and their further impact on the organization. And all this mentioned above in the context of basic education.
