    Inovace zařízení na měření závislosti síly na dráze posuvných částí brzd

    This thesis solves the innovation of test equipment for measuring the force depending on the track of sliding brake parts in the company TRW Automotive Czech sro Jablonec. Innovation is focused on creating a universal adapter to attach the brake pistons and fitting options during the measurement. Partial innovation is the selection of sensors and actuators. After identifying critical customer requirements and market research is the creation of 5 options. Subsequently, selected an option which is developed in detail and optimized. At the end of the work created stress calculations are described and the benefits of innovation.

    Summary: The aim of this thesis is to discuss problems of property criminal activity within the administrative order of the government police of the Czech Republic for the district of Česká Lípa in 2006. The theoretical part specifies the definition of property criminal activity and divides it into several cathegories; it also lists and explains the most commonly occuring property criminal delicts within the administrative order of the above mentioned department. One specific section of the theoretical part applies to prevention of criminal offences and the approach to it in the Czech Republic, the member states of the EU and in the world. This part also deals with a detailed explanation and definition of the criminal offence of theft which was divided according to various criteria and by course of subsections of corresponding laws; the attention is also paid to the problems of groups of property delicts commiting criminals and possible motivation of their behaviour. The practical part of the thesis focuses on verification of two assumptions established in advance and their evaluation. It deals with discussion of presentation of single criminal acts on property criminal activity as a whole and detection of repeatedly commited property criminal activity. The concluding part of the final project summarizes and evaluates all found out facts and the applicability of the thesis for theory and everyday life. The thesis is concluded by the list of suggested precautions.

    Plazmochemické úpravy za účelem funkcionalizace povrchu

    Cílem disertační práce byla příprava kompozitních materiálů na bázi ter-moplastů vyztužených přírodními vlákny. V rámci této práce byl nejprve připraven hydrofobní celulózový substrát ve výboji Gliding Arc. Dále byl vyvinut a optimalizován proces funkcionalizace práškové celulózy silanový-mi skupinami ve směsi s HMDSO v nízkotlakém mikrovlnném plazmovém výboji, která byla v připravených kompozitních materiálech použita jako vlákenná výztuž. Byla studována souvislost mezi procesními parametry (procesní plyn, výkon budícího zdroje, průtok par prekurzoru, doba ošetře-ní) a makroskopickými vlastnostmi ošetřené celulózy. Pro porovnání byly připraveny rovněž vzorky kompozitních materiálů obsahujících celulózu ošetřenou v kyslíku bez HMDSO a vzorky obsahující vazebné činidlo PP-g-MA. Jako matrice byl použit neošetřený polypropylen, polypropylen ošetřený ve vzduchovém plazmatu a polypropylen s redukovanou velikostí práškových částic. U ošetřené celulózy byla testována smáčivost, morfologie (SEM) a chemické složení povrchu (XPS). U připravených vzorků kompo-zitních materiálů bylo studováno mezifázové rozhraní (SEM) a základní mechanické vlastnosti.

    Simulace obrábění v CAD/CAM systému EdgeCAM pro CNC frézku VMC-100

    This work solves the problem of creation of postprocessor for CNC milling VMC -100 with the control system Mikroprog in the application EdgeCAM. At the beginning of the work is created a simplified 3D model of the machine in the application Pro/ENGINNER. There is the definition of machine parameters, addresses and commands in Construct of postprocessors application. At the end of thesis is created machining process for the selected part and verify the functionality of postprocessor directly on the machine.
