Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na přednemocniční neodkladnou péči o pacienty s onemocněním demence. Součástí této práce je náhled na důležitý aspekt v práci zdravotnického záchranáře, a to dovednost komunikace a její specifika, která jsou nutná dodržovat při péči u nemocného jedince vyššího věku. Zaměřili jsme se na péči o geriatrické pacienty s onemocněním demence a popsali jsme kompetence zdravotnického záchranáře, vysvětlili jsme pojem onemocnění demence a Alzheimerovu chorobu, která se z onemocnění demence vyskytuje nejvíce. Praktickou část jsme vypracovali na základě dotazníku, který byl určen nelékařským zdravotnickým pracovníkům výjezdových skupin Ústeckého a Libereckého kraje. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou zdravotničtí záchranáři orientovaní v problematice přednemocniční neodkladné péče o pacienty seniory s onemocněním demence a zda s nimi umí správně komunikovat.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the pre-hospital nursing care of patients with dementia. This thesis includes an insight into an important aspect in the work of a paramedic, namely the skill of communication and the specifics, which are necessary to follow when caring for a sick individual of advanced age. We focused on the care of geriatric patients with dementia disease and described the competencies of the paramedic, explaining the concept of dementia disease and Alzheimer's disease which is the most common of the dementia diseases. The practical part of the study was based on a questionnaire addressed to non-medical health care workers of the call groups of the Ústí and Liberec regions. The aim of this work was to find out whether the paramedics are oriented in the issues of pre-hospital nursing care of elderly patients with dementia and whether they know how to communicate with them properly.
