dc.description.abstract	This thesis gives attention to the area of biomimetics, a new interdisciplinary branch observing useful properties of nature which it tries to understand and transfer to technical practice. The range of biomimetics is very wide, this thesis gives attention to the so called lotus effect characterised by water-repellency and the ability of self-cleaning. The aim of the thesis was to observe the surfaces structure of chosen plants with lotus effect. On the basis of these observations have been documented structures of these object and with the aid of image analysis have been measured their characteristic dimensions. WIth the help of these dimensions have been created models of nature objects and their analogies which should have similar properties like natural objects. These patterns may serve as a basis for manufacturing of surfaces with lotus effect.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce věnuje pozornost oblasti bioniky, novému interdisciplinárnímu oboru pozorující užitečné vlastnosti přírody, které se snaží pochopit a převést do technické praxe. Škála bioniky je velmi široká, tato práce se zaměřuje na studium tzv. lotosového efektu charakteristického voděodolností a samočisticí schopností. Cílem práce bylo pozorovat povrchovou strukturu vybraných rostlin s lotosovým efektem. Na základě mikrofotografického pozorování byly zdokumentovány struktury těchto objektů a pomocí obrazové analýzy byly naměřeny jejich charakteristické rozměry. Pomocí těchto hodnot byly vytvořeny modely přírodních objektů a jejich analogických povrchů, které by měly vykazovat podobné vlastnosti jako jejich předlohy. Tyto vzory mohou posloužit jako podklad pro výrobu povrchů s lotosovým efektem.	cs
