Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta při přijetí k hospitalizaci se zaměřením
na pacienty s kvalitativní poruchou vědomí přijatých při akutním příjmu. Práce
je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou/výzkumnou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena
na pojmy spojené s danou problematikou, edukací pacienta, komunikací s pacientem,
s hospitalizací a s poruchami vědomí. Edukace pacienta je důležitou součástí pracovní náplně každého zdravotníka, jelikož obsahuje předání informací pacientovi o pobytu v nemocnici, o provedených výkonech a vším spojeným s hospitalizací. Výzkumná část z odpovědí zdravotníků a pacientů zjišťuje míru edukace těchto pacientů, potřebnost reedukace a existenci speciální metody edukace pro tyto pacienty. Výstupem bakalářské práce je vytvoření edukačního materiálu pro zdravotníky.
The bachelor thesis deals with patient education during admission to hospital with a focus on patients with qualitative disorders of consciousness admitted during acute admission. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical/research parts. The theoretical part focuses on concepts related to the subject, patient education, communication with the patient, hospital admission and disorders of consciousness. Patient education is an important part of every healthcare professional's job as it involves conveying information to the patient about the hospital stay, the procedures performed and everything associated with hospitalization. The research part from the responses of the healthcare professionals and patients finds out the extent of education of these patients, the need for re-education and the existence of special method of education for these patients. The output of the bachelor thesis is the creation of educational material for healthcare professionals.
