Abstract
Třídění raněných při mimořádné události (MU) je jedním z hlavních klíčů ke správnému řešení hromadných postižených osob (HPO). K tomu musíme mít kvalitní znalosti v metodách, které jsou přímo určeny ke specifickému třídění raněných. Mluvíme tedy o metodě START a identifikačních třídících karet (ITK). Z tohoto důvodu jsme zde popsali řešení mimořádných událostí (MU), možnosti třídění raněných a úkoly z toho vyplívající. Také jsme se zabývali zkušenostmi a znalostmi členů výjezdových skupin zdravotnické záchranné služby této problematiky. Dále jsme se zde zmínili spolupráci složek integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS) a jeho komplexním fungování a předem stanovené rozdělení specifických úkolů mezi jednotlivé složky IZS při řešení mimořádné události (MU) s hromadným postižením osob (HPO). Teoretická část je tedy zaměřená na výše uvedené body a jejich nejnovější trendy. Díky Výzkumné části zjišťujeme a následně analyzujeme znalosti členů výjezdových skupin zdravotnické záchranné služby o výše zmíněných bodech.
Triage of the wounded during an emergency is one of the main keys to properly dealing with mass casualty. To do this, we must have quality knowledge in methods that are directly intended for the specific classification of the wounded. So we are talking about the START method and identification sorting cards. For this reason, we have described here the solution to extraordinary events, the possibilities of sorting out the wounded and the tasks resulting from it. We also looked at the experiences and knowledge of the members of emergency medical service teams on this issue. We also mentioned here the cooperation of the components of the integrated rescue system and its complex functioning and the predetermined distribution of specific tasks between the individual components of the integrated rescue system when dealing with an emergency with a mass disability. The theoretical part is therefore focused on the above-mentioned points and their latest trends. Thanks to the Research part, we find out and then analyze the knowledge of the members of the emergency medical service teams on the above-mentioned points.
