Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostmi studentů o odběru biologického materiálu na bakteriologické vyšetření. V teoretické části jsou v souladu s nejnovějšími poznatky popsány zásady o odběru krve, moče a sputa na bakteriologické vyšetření s odběry biologického materiálu pomocí výtěrů a stěrů na bakteriologické vyšetření. Závěrem práce jsme se dozvěděli, že respondenti mají dostatečné znalosti o odběrech biologických materiálů na bakteriologické vyšetření. Nejvíc znalostí mají v oblasti odběrů biologických materiálu z dutiny ústní (konkrétně sputa) a v oblasti odběrů biologických materiálu prostřednictvím výtěrů a stěrů. Dobré znalosti mají v oblasti odběrů moči na bakteriologické vyšetření. Nejméně dobrých výsledků dosáhli studenti v oblasti odběrů krve na bakteriologické vyšetření. Všechny stanovené výzkumné cíle bakalářské práce byly splněny.
The bachelor's thesis deals with students' knowledge about the sampling of biological material for bacteriological examination. In accordance with the latest knowledge, the theoretical part describes the principles of taking blood, urine and sputum for bacteriological examination and sampling of biological material using smears and swabs for bacteriological examination. At the end of the work, we learned that the respondents have sufficient knowledge about the sampling of biological materials for bacteriological examination. They have the most knowledge in the field of sampling biological material from the oral cavity (specifically sputum) and in the field of sampling biological material through smears and smears. They have good knowledge in the field of urine collection for bacteriological examination. Students achieved the least good results in the field of blood sampling for bacteriological examination. All the stated research objectives of the bachelor's thesis were fulfilled.
