Abstract
Teoretickými cíli této bakalářské práce bylo popsat problematiku karcinomu prsu a analyzovat jednotlivé techniky radioterapie karcinomu prsu. Výzkumným cílem bylo zhodnotit akutní a pozdní nežádoucí účinky a účinnost akcelerované radioterapie karcinomu prsu. Podcílem toho cíle bylo porovnání nežádoucích účinků akcelerované radioterapie s normofrakcionační radioterapií. Metodika bakalářské práce byla založena na získávání dat ze zdravotnické dokumentace. Získaná data byla zapsána do přehledných tabulek a grafů. Výsledky výzkumu vyšli srovnatelné s výsledky klinické studie z Texas Medical Center.
The theoretical goals of this bachelor's thesis was to describe the issue of breast cancer and analyze individual techniques of breast cancer radiotherapy. The research's objective was to evaluate acute and late side effects and effectiveness of accelerated radiotherapy of breast cancer. A sub objective of that goal was comparison of side effects accelerated radiotherapy with normofractionated radiotherapy. Methodology the bachelor's thesis was based on obtaining data from medical records. The data obtained was written in clear tables and graphs. The research results were comparable to the clinical results study from the Texas Medical Center.
