dc.description.abstract	Pomocí orálně disperzních filmů (ODF) budeme sledovat agregaci a sedimentaci částic v polymerním roztoku. Ty jsou jedny z klíčových dějů, které negativně ovlivňují homogenitu roztoku, která je důležitá pro přípravu kompozitních materiálů obsahující léčiva. Cílem práce je vyvinutí metody pro pozorování agregace částic v reálném čase. K tomu bude použita metoda pro přípravu polymerních filmů "solvent-casting".	cs
dc.description.abstract	Study of particle aggregation in polymer solution by polarizing microscopy. We will use orally dispersive films (ODF) to observe the aggregation and sedimentation of particles in a polymer solution. These are some of the key processes that negatively affect the homogeneity of the solution, which is important for the preparation of drug-containing composite materials. The aim of this work is to develop a method for real-time observation of particle aggregation. To do this, a "solvent-casting" method for the preparation of polymer films will be used.	en
