dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku genderové rozdíly mezi pracovníky v oblasti zdravotnického záchranářství. V teoretické části práce se zabývám čtyřmi hlavními tématy. První je genderová problematika, druhé diskriminace a rovné zacházení, třetí zdravotnická záchranná služba a čtvrté téma je zdravotnický záchranář. Praktická část je zaměřena na rozdíly mezi zdravotnickými záchranáři a záchranářkami, na identifikaci situací, při kterých se projeví genderový rozdíl a na respekt mezi zdravotnickými záchranáři a záchranářkami. Výzkum probíhal pomocí kvalitativní metody, technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of gender differences among workers in the field of medical emergency services. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I deal with four main topics. The first is gender issues, the second is discrimination and equal treatment, the third is the emergency medical service and the fourth topic is the paramedic. The practical part is focused on the differences between male and female paramedics, on the identification of situations in which the gender difference is manifested and on respect between male and female paramedics. The research was conducted using a qualitative method use of semi-structured interview.	en
