Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá měřením provozních teplot ložiska zadních kol osobního automobilu. Obsahuje rozbor možností měření teplot včetně druhů snímačů. Pro měření byla zvolena nejvhodnější metoda a snímač. Dále je zde popsána konstrukce přípravku pro uchycení snímačů a jeho montáž do náboje kola. Samostatná část práce je věnována výrobě, sestavení a montáži tohoto přípravku. Souhrnně popsán je také průběh provedených měření pro ověření funkčnosti navrženého systému, z poznatků byla vytvořena metodika a doporučení pro další měření. Naměřené hodnoty teplot jsou zpracovány do grafů a v závěru zhodnoceny spolu s dalšími doporučeními.
This thesis deals with the temperature measurement of a passenger car rear wheel bearing. It contains an analysis of temperature measurement options, including types of sensors. The most suitable method for the measurement was chosen and the most suitable sensor was selected. The sensors holding device design and its assembly into the wheel hub is described. The manufacturing and assembly of the measurement device is described. The performed measurements for the designed system functionality verification is also described in summary. The methodology and recommendations for further measurements were created from the findings. The measured temperature values were processed into graphs and evaluated. The final recommendations at the end are added.
