Abstract
Teoretická část práce rozebírá fyzikální principy nukleární magnetické rezonance
a princip fungování na ní založeném tomografu. Praktická část se zabývá popisem
fungování nově vyvinutého softwaru pro výpočet relaxačních map.
Theoretical part of the paper describes the physical principles of nuclear magnetic
resonance and the principle of operation of the tomograph based on it. Practical part is
dealing with the description of a newly developed software for the calculation of
relaxation maps.
