Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzickou zátěží sester při výkonu jejich profese, se zaměřením na využívání principů kinestetiky v ošetřovatelské praxi. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda a jak sestry využívají kinestetiku ve své práci a jaký vliv má na jejich fyzickou zátěž.
Teoretická část se věnuje fyzické zátěži sester, základům kinestetiky a polohování pacientů. Praktická část vychází z dotazníkového šetření mezi sestrami pracujícími na neurologickém oddělení. Výstupem práce je edukační materiál určený sestrám všech věkových kategorií, který shrnuje základní doporučení pro prevenci fyzického přetížení.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the physical workload of nurses in their profession, with a focus on the use of kinesthetic principles in nursing practice. The purpose of the thesis was to find out whether and how nurses use kinesthetics in their work and if this has an impact on their physical workload. The theoretical part discusses the physical workload of nurses, the foundations of kinesthetics and patient positioning. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey among nurses working in the neurology department. The output of the work is an educational material for nurses of all ages, which summarizes the basic recommendations for prevention of physical overload.
