dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá invazivní a neinvazivní monitorací kardiovaskulárního systému všeobecnými sestrami v klinické praxi. Invazivní a neinvazivní monitorace kardiovaskulárního systému je nedílnou součástí nejen jednotek intenzivní péče a anesteziologicko-resuscitačních oddělení. Z toho důvodu je nezbytné, aby všeobecné sestry znaly fyziologické hodnoty monitorovaných funkcí pacienta, prováděly ošetřovatelskou péči o invazivní vstupy podle standardizovaných ošetřovatelských postupů a v neposlední řadě je podstatné i správné zacházení se zdravotnickou technikou. Teoretická část se zabývá možnostmi invazivní a neinvazivní monitorace kardiovaskulárního systému, jako je např. pulzní oxymetrie, elektrokardiografie, monitorace centrálního žilního tlaku, arteriálního tlaku, tlaku v plicnici. Výzkumná část je zpracována pomocí kvalitativní metody výzkumu, technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů sosmi respondenty, kteří pracují na anesteziologicko-resuscitačních odděleních. Cílem této práce je popsat invazivní a neinvazivní monitoraci dle nejnovějších vědeckých poznatků a zjistit znalosti všeobecných sester v oblasti neinvazivní a invazivní monitorace kardiovaskulárního systému.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis deals with invasive and non-invasive monitoring of the cardiovascular system by nurses in clinical practice. Invasive and non-invasive monitoring of the cardiovascular system is an integral part of the intensive care units and anesthesiology and resuscitation departments. For this reason, the nurses must know the physiological values of the patient's monitored functions, and they should provide nursing care of invasive inputs according to standardized nursing procedures. And finally, manipulation with medical equipment is crucial as well. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with means of invasive and non- invasive monitoring of the cardiovascular system, such as pulse oximetry, electrocardiography, and monitoring of the central venous pressure, the arterial pressure and the pulmonary pressure. The research part is conducted by the qualitative research method trough the semi-structured interviews with eight respondents who work in anesthesiology and resuscitation departments. The aim of this work is to describe invasive and non-invasive monitoring according to the latest knowledge and to find out the knowledge of general nurses about the principles of invasive and non-invasive monitoring of the cardiovascular system.	en
