dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na autotransfuzní pooperační systémy, které jsou preferovány vzhledem k sociálním, ekonomickým a náboženským důvodům. Také je nutné zmínit fakt většího rizika komplikací u aplikace alogenní transfuze. Teoretická část pojednává o autotransfuzních systémech a o ošetřovatelské péči o pooperačním autotransfuzním systému. Výzkumná část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem pomocí dotazníku, který je zaměřen na zjištění znalostí všeobecných sester ve vybraných nemocnicích o autotransfuzních systémech, o zásadách péčeo autotransfuzní systém a o komplikacích souvisejících s podáním krve autotransfuzními systémy. Výstupem bakalářské práce je vypracování standardu ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s autotransfuzním systémem.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis focuses on post-operative autotransfusion systems, which are preferred due to social, economic and religious reasons. Also, is necessary to mention the fact a greater risk of complications in the administration of allogenic blood transfusions. The research part deals with quantitative research using and questionnaire which focuses on the knowledge of general nurses in selected hospitals on self-transfusion systems, on care principles the auto-transfusion system and the complications associated with blood transfusion by self-transfusion systems. The outcome of the thesis is to develop a standard of nursing care of patients with autotransfusion systems.	en
