dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Možnosti intervenčního řešení chronických končetinových ischemií." Téma je uchopeno především z pohledu radiologických asistentů, kteří u těchto výkonů každodenně asistují. Bakalářské práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o anatomii cév dolních končetin a pánve, klasifikaci končetinových ischemií, jejich symptomů, diagnostiky, terapie a rizikových faktorů. Dále je v teoretické části popsáno množství zobrazovacích metod, které se k diagnostice nejčastěji užívají. S tématem zobrazovacích metod je úzce spjaté téma radiologické asistence a radiační ochrany. I těmto tématům je v práci věnovaný dostatečný prostor a pozornost. V praktické části je prováděn výzkum za pomoci polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, jehož cílem bylo zjistit roli RA před, během a po intervenčním výkonu. Rozhovor byl také doplněn o otázky z kritických oblastí a radiační ochrany.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of "Possibilities of interventional treatment of chronic limb ischemia." The topic is understood primarily from the point of view of radiological assistants who assist with these procedures on a daily basis. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part discusses the anatomy of the vessels of the lower limbs and pelvis, the classification of limb ischemia, their symptoms, diagnosis, therapy and risk factors. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes a number of imaging methods that are most often used for diagnosis. The topic of radiological assistance and radiation protection is closely related to the topic of imaging methods. Sufficient space and attention is also devoted to these topics in the work. In the practical part, research is carried out with the help of a semi-structured interview, the aim of which was to find out the role of the RA before, during and after the intervention. The interview was also supplemented with questions from critical areas and radiation protection.en
