Abstract
Diplomová práce vznikla ve spolupráci s firmou KSM Castings CZ s.r.o. Jejím tématem bylo navržení optimalizace stávajícího výrobního procesu strojní součásti OM654 EGR ventil. Celkem byly sepsány 3 návrhy na optimalizaci výrobního procesu. V návrhu č. 1 je navržena komplexní automatická linka, která zahrnuje proces výroby od operace vysokotlakého lití až po operaci vizuální kontroly obrobků. Mezi dílčími operacemi je vedený dopravník. Všechny tyto operace jsou obsluhovány roboty. V návrhu č. 2 bylo počítáno se zavedením automatické linky v prostorách obrobny. Automatická linka v návrhu č. 2 je tvořena soustavou dopravníků, rotační pračkou, 2 roboty a 2 stanicemi pro tlakovou zkoušku vzduchem. Návrh č. 3 je optimalizací návrhu č. 2. V návrhu č. 3 jsou do automatické linky z návrhu č. 2 implementována 2 jednoúčelová zařízení. První z nich zajišťuje odstranění hrotů po obrábění. Druhé zajišťuje ofukování dílů tlakovým vzduchem a 100% měření daných průměrů.Ze tří navržených optimalizací výrobního procesu byl vybrán pro firmu KSM Castings nejvýhodnější. Vítězný návrh byl podroben detailní analýze z hlediska výrobních časů, počtu pracovníků, množství vyrobených kusů strojní součásti OM654 a celkového ekonomického zhodnocení procesu.
The Master thesis was created in a cooperation with a company KSM Castings CZ s.r.o. The main topic of the thesis was to design an optimalization of the actual manufacturing process of the machine part OM654 AGR valve.It were created three proposals of the optimalization of the actual manufacturing process. The first proposal was the design of a complex automatic production line, which includes production process from a Die casting to a visual control. A conveyor is guided between the partial operations. All of the partial operations are operated by robots. The second proposal was the design of an automatic line in a hall for machining. The automatic line from the second proposal is formed of the conveyor systems, a Twister washing machine, two robots and 2 machines for leak testing. The third proposal is optimalization of the second proposal. Two single purpose machines are implemented to the automatic line from the second proposal. The first of two single purpose machines removes from machined parts burrs. The second one is used for blowing the parts and 100% measurement of diameters.One of three proposals, which were designed by the author of the thesis, was chosen as the most appreciate for the company KSM Castings. The winning proposal was analyzed in the detail. It was analyzed productions times, number of workers and number of the manufactured pieces of the machine part OM654 AGR valve. In the end was written economic evaluation of the process in the winning proposal.
