dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současného využití nenádorové radioterapie. Cílem je provést podrobný rozbor této metody, zhodnotit její efektivitu z pohledu radioterapeutického účinku a zjistit přínos léčby u pacientů s již ukončenou radioterapií. Výstupem práce bude zhodnocení terapeutického účinku a vytvoření informačního letáku pro nové pacienty, který poskytne podrobné informace o principu této léčby. Výzkumná metoda zahrnuje sběr dat a vyhodnocení dotazníku. Výsledky našeho výzkumu ukazují, že nejčastější diagnózou je ostruha patní kosti, která tvoří 355 případů z celkového počtu 429 diagnóz. Přes 85 % pacientů potřebovalo ozáření pouze jednou sérií, což svědčí o účinnosti terapeutické metody. Studie prokazuje, že radioterapie je účinná při zmírňování symptomů, jako je bolest a omezení pohyblivosti.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the current use of non-malignant radiotherapy. The purpose is to make a detailed analysis of this method, to evaluate its effectiveness in terms of radiotherapeutic effect and to determine the benefit of treatment in patients with already completed radiotherapy. The outcome of the work will be an evaluation of the therapeutic effect and the creation of an information leaflet for new patients, which will provide detailed information on the principles of this treatment. The research method includes data collection and evaluation of the survey questionnaire. The results of our research show that heel spur is the most common diagnosis, accounting for 355 cases out of 429 diagnoses. More than 85 % of the patients needed irradiation with only one series, which indicates the effectiveness of the therapeutic method. The study shows that radiotherapy is effective in relieving symptoms such as pain and mobility limitations.	en
