Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlastním návrhem brzdových třmenů a brzdových kotoučů pro závodní vozidlo soutěže Formula Student. Rešerše je věnována částem kotoučové brzdy, na jejichž základě je proveden vlastní návrh. Komponenty byly podrobeny strukturální a teplotní analýze, hlavním kritériem bylo snížení hmotnosti a zachování tuhosti. Všechny výpočty byly realizovány prostřednictvím numerických simulací. Vlastní návrh je porovnáván s aktuálně používanými komponenty na voze.
This thesis deals with the design of brake calipers and brake discs for a Formula Student racing vehicle. The review is focused on the parts of the disc brake, based on which the self-design is carried out. The components were analysed structurally and thermally, the main criteria being weight reduction and stiffness retention. All calculations were performed by numerical simulations. The actual design is compared with the components currently used on the vehicle.
