dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta po radikální cystektomii se zaměřením na péči o urostomii. Cílem práce je zmapovat znalosti všeobecných sester v oblasti krátkodobé předoperační péče, péče o urostomii a edukace pacienta se zavedenou urostomií. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii a fyziologii močového ústrojí, indikacím k radikální cystektomii, typům derivace moči, a především specifikům ošetřovatelské péče před a po operaci. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný formou dotazníkového šetření mezi všeobecnými sestrami. Výsledky ukazují, že většina respondentů má dostatečné znalosti v uvedených oblastech, přičemž byly ověřeny tři výzkumné předpoklady. Práce zároveň poukazuje na význam edukace pacientů a roli sestry při adaptaci na život se stomií.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis focuses on nursing care for patients after radical cystectomy, with an emphasis on urostomy care. The aim of the thesis is to map the knowledge of general nurses in the areas of short-term preoperative care, urostomy care, and patient education after urostomy creation. The theoretical part covers the anatomy and physiology of the urinary system, indications for radical cystectomy, types of urinary diversion, and the specifics of nursing care before and after the surgery. The practical part includes quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey among general nurses. The results show that most respondents have sufficient knowledge in the mentioned areas, and three research assumptions were confirmed. The thesis also highlights the importance of patient education and the role of the nurse in helping the patient adapt to life with a stoma.	en
