Abstract
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se zabývá zásadami komunikace zdravotnických záchranářů s pacienty z jiné kultury. Dále rozebírá obecné zásady komunikace zdravotnických záchranářů, specifika verbální a neverbální komunikace a komunikaci sociální. Zajímá se také důležitost a funkci rozhovoru ve zdravotnické péči, komunikační cyklus a překážky které se objevují v komunikaci. V poslední části se zaměřuje na specifika komunikace s pacienty z jiných kultur, zejména na muslimské, vietnamské, ukrajinské a romské pacienty. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na získání informací od zdravotnických záchranářů pracujících na zdravotnické záchranné službě. Tato část byla zpracována pomocí kvalitativní metody výzkumu a jako technika byly zvoleny polostrukturované rozhovory. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit možnosti zdravotnických záchranářů při komunikaci s pacienty z jiných kultur a také zjistit problémy, které se vyskytují při komunikaci zdravotnických záchranářů s pacienty z jiné kultury. Výstupem této práce bude článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.
The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part deals with the principles of communication between paramedics and patients from foreign culture. It also analyzes the general principles of communication of paramedics, the specifics of verbal and non-verbal communication and social communication. It is also interested in the importance and function of conversation in health care, the communication cycle and the obstacles that appear in communication. In the last part, it focuses on the specifics of communication with patients from other cultures, especially muslim, Vietnamese, Ukrainian and Roma patients. The research part is focused on obtaining information from paramedics working in the paramedic service. This part was processed using a qualitative research method and semi-structured interviews were chosen as the technique. The aim of this thesis was to find out the possibilities of paramedics when communicating with patients from other cultures and also to find out the problems that occur when paramedics communicate with patients from another culture. The output of this thesis will be an article ready for publication in a professional periodical.
